All BLACK QUEER TAROT Deck & Guidebook orders are hand-packed with love and shipped via priority shipping within 2-3 business days. We ship out orders 3 times a week.

Please keep in mind apparel, tapestries and other items are made to order and ship from different vendors. Because of this delivery times are different and your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Yes! We ship worldwide from the United States. Please check the shipping limitations with your country as COVID-19 implications have changed taxes protocol. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Please note: we are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided.

BLACK QUEER TAROT is NOT liable for any misplaced, stolen or delayed packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and in transit or delivered--we are NOT held responsible. Certain situtations may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact us and we will try our best to help.

We do not offer returns or refunds. We are a very small business and can not acrue the fees associated with refunds and returns. Please be mindful when you make a purchase.
